DREAMYOU is a sustainable Entrepreneur mentorship program that utilizes art and mindfulness to help creative professionals define a sustainable business model through personal and professional development. This is a 12-Week series that is designed to support those in the Art Curation, Event Management, Production, Professional Art, and Gallery Industries. This expertly cultivated course is here to help you reach your dream and avoid burn out. Our 12 Week Agenda:

  • Week 1: Introduction, Expectations, and Homework: In our first session with Brandy Michele Adams, you will define what you want for your DREAMYOU vision goal; we will come together for a virtual group to build a safe container for self-love, enjoy community-building activities, and share intentions for the program. We will be taught and educated on foundational practices, reading, how to create play and journaling.

  • Week 2: Clear your womb space. To grow, we must first make room through opening space. This week you will be guided through a meditation for self-awareness, intro to diaphragmatic breathing exercises, and education about yoga and to support your womb. This session will have a multitude of recordings to enjoy after this session as you integrate this practice into the rest of the course. 

  • Week 3: Growing Dreams in Womb & Gut. Visualization exercises for dream manifestation in this session will be paired with creative activities designed to help us engage our senses in our practice. We will enjoy a conversation about overcoming obstacles and sharing our weekly goals with the group as we establish our accountability with each other.

  • Week 4: Integrating Diaphragmatic Breathing. Professional development starts with personal development. This session will be reviewing and practicing diaphragmatic breathing techniques + enjoying a group discussion about experiencing through physical feeling and holding onto pain.

  • Week 5 + 6: Vision Creating + Womb Space. Each session will be split between: personal work-- clearing your womb space, yoga nidra practices, etc; professional work-- outlining a sustainable practice that aligns with your vision’s concrete goals and milestones.

  • Week 7: Ojas Building Practices. This session will be focused on understanding the concept of Ojas, yoga sessions focused on building vitality, and nutrition and lifestyle tips for enhancing Ojas. We will finish out the session with an update of everyone's vision plan + practice progress.

  • Week 8: Building Your Dream. This week will focus on ways we can cultivate art and wellness activities for self-expression, creating an outline within your business plan for personal growth (through a culmination of our wellness practices taught thus far) and conversing together on how to create an overcoming-obstacles plan for your work.

  • Week 9: Finalizing Meditations. We will learn a second meditation technique, develop a deeper connection with your womb space, and guide visualization for clarity. 

  • Week 10: Special Events. This session will be aimed at helping you create a plan for hosting events + creating wellness practices to help you stay focused and flexible throughout managing and hosting productions. We will integrate wellness techniques we've learned previously during this course.

  • Week 11: This session will continue to explore what your dream costs are through Capitol Development + Fundraising, your relationship with money, financial business logistics, and financial freedom. We will further enjoy vision sharing and practice development sharing. After this session, each individual will enjoy a final one-on-one session with Brandy Michele Adams for final feedback and support on your future goals.

  • Week 12: DREAMYOU Graduation! After this session, you will book your one-on-one with Brandy Michele Adams for further consulting and future planning.

Her career as an artist has flourished into Immersive Installations she has expertly curated in her own gallery, and enthusiastically designs for clients committed to cultivating calm environments for corporations, teams and families. With a multi-decades career in bridging creativity and business together, Brandy has seen the importance of integrating both together through the lens of human health. She knows women are the ones who will lead this revolution.

VIRTUAL

GROUP SESSION + 1-ON-1’S

This virtual series will be hosted on Zoom — allowing you to manage the ebbs and flows that life brings and always allowing you to create a safe space for vulnerable sessions.

We will enjoy 80% of our sessions as Group Work to cultivate a community + offer you opportunities for multi-dimensional feedback.

Each individual will enjoy one (1) 1-on-1 with your facilitator/educator Brandy Michele Adams. These sessions will bookend the series. These will also be virtual, with personalized + discounted in-person coaching available post the series.

A note: Virtual does not mean that this is a passive course. This deeply engaging series requires active participation and PLAY work between weekly sessions with a few practice videos and meditations.
