Gallery Space Rental
Rent our space a la carte, or partner with us to create a turn key experience for your event. WAAS is located in a historic early 1900s building. Originally a bank for the surrounding industrial business just south of downtown Dallas, the two-story 2000 sq ft structure is now a home of innovation and creativity. There is a lobby and a side room on the main floor, 21 steps upstairs brings you to the second floor where there are is a open main event space, two auxiliary rooms, and a bathroom. The private carpark to the side of the building, accessible from the main floor, is gated and can be used as part of the event space. Max Building Capacity is 54 - 150, depending on use.

2 Single, gender-neutral restrooms (1 per floor)
Limited Gated Parking and spill-over street parking available
