BRANDY MICHELE ADAMS
Brandy Adams is a Florida native raised in Dallas with established roots as professional makeup artist and hair stylist, working in all realms of the fashion and television industries, lending her extensive talents to advertising photography, runway shows, commercials, television, film, and videos. Educated at Los Angeles’ Westmore Academy of Cosmetic Arts and internationally represented by Dallas’ Page Parks Management, Adams has worked with such renowned artists and clients as David LaChapelle, Thomas Heisner, Craig DeCristo, Ford, JC Penney, and Toni & Guy Hair Salons, in addition to local publications Modern Luxury Dallas, D Magazine, and The Fort Worth Star Telegram.
In addition to her work in makeup artistry, Adams is also a self-taught painter, professionally trained dancer, and all around creative entity with a passion for all forms of expression, believing that Art truly has the power to change and enrich lives. This belief has been Adam’s personal compass from the time she was a child and it continues to guide her footsteps, professionally and personally.
As a self-described “light being,” Adams takes a holistic approach to all aspects of her existence, firmly maintaining that equitable relationships, positive thought, meditative visualization, and creative manifestation are the foundations for success. It is through this philosophy that Adams has been led to create a venue that will facilitate the symbiosis of these mantras in the form of WAAS Gallery, a place that not only creates relationships between artists and collectors, but also fosters supportive and fruitful relationships within the Dallas community at large.
